Spare tire well fix?

Anyone using a doughnut spare here? Has anyone figured a way to fit a spare in the tire well? Just curious. I have the modernspare kit. It's great but thinking it would be perfect if it can sit snug in the well and have it wherever I go. So far I use the case that it came with and toss in the trunk for long trips.
